WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Determine the best method to present a visual concept
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of publication, advertising campaign, and video
- Manage graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other creative staff
- Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Present designs to clients for approval
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A minimum of 1-year experience in leading and directing a design team is required for this position
- Bachelor Degree in Art, Design and similar fields
- Good communication skill
- Strong conceptualizing skills
- Very specific and have a keen eye for detail
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Have a proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Premiere and other design or art software
- Having a Skill & Experience in leading and directing a production team is a plus
- Experience in the same industry is a great plus!
