Job Description:
- Third-party relationship management (research, approaching, dealing) with third parties (KOL, public figure, expert, Talent)
- Identifying potential third-party collaborators (KOLs, Public Figures, Experts, and Talents for Marketing & Commercial) for future brand partnerships.
- Managing a database of third parties and ensuring it remains updated.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with third parties.
- Relationship and Partnership Maintenance (Building good relationships with third parties during and after collaboration).
- Ensuring and monitoring of brand projects involving third parties always run according to plan (timeline and budget).
- Responsible for all collaboration requirements and monitoring all collaborative activities with third parties.
- Handling the needs of third parties (Proposal, Budget, Background Check, Riders, Collaboration contracts, TOR)
- Generating project evaluation reports.
- Maintain a good brand image and relationships with influencers and KOL
- Working closely with marketing & creative team in order to manage contents given by clients for marketing contents
