Job Description
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, product packaging, and digital content.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, suppliers, and key opinion leaders, to ensure alignment and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and events to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining marketing calendars, organizing meetings, and managing budgets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in diabetes management to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly diabetes management, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
