Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, with relevant major (Finance, Management, Business, Economics, etc)
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or similar positions
  • Preferably having experience in well-known securities company or a consulting/accounting firm specializing in Merger & Acquisition
  • Having strong analytic and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and condidentiality
  • Having strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do busninee travels (if needed)

Job Description :

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Perform market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Develop and implement effectivebusiness strategies and plans for growth and market expansion
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients ti understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Share market insights, feedback, and opportunities with relevant departments to drive product and service innovation
  • Consuct thorough market research and feasibility study to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Analyze and evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities
  • Develop, prioritize target markets, and implement business development startegies aligned with the company’s goals
  • Build and maintain relatinships with key stakehoders, including potential partners, investors, industry leaders and internal team
  • Lead, manage cross-functional teams to execute business development projects, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of project within scope, budget and timeline
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors, also material for business engagement
  • Provide remommendation and improvements to exsiting business processes and pratices

One of our many successful Portfolio projects is our SAFE ‘n’ LOCK which is located in Jl. Lingkar Timur KM 5,5. SAFE ‘n’ LOCK is the biggest unified Industrial and warehousing complex in Sidoarjo. Established in 2009 with 2 93 hectares of land and growing, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK now have more than 300+ warehouses build and sold.
