One of our many successful Portfolio projects is our SAFE ‘n’ LOCK which is located in Jl. Lingkar Timur KM 5,5. SAFE ‘n’ LOCK is the biggest unified Industrial and warehousing complex in Sidoarjo. Established in 2009 with 2 93 hectares of land and growing, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK now have more than 300+ warehouses build and sold.

With a big believe in the Go Green concept for the future, we are the only warehouse and industrial complex that trully applies green concept to all our building materials and building concept with open space of 50 -50.
