Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Construction Project Manager( Mandarin Speaker) di kantor Sky House Alam Sutera Official untuk daerah Banten dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job description

* RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Develop project implementation plan that includes methods, costs and project schedules as well as the project organizational structure to achieve project objectives.

2. Present the entire Project Implementation Plan (RPP), project technical plan, schedule and anticipate potential problems.

3. Carry out licensing in the social environment and or other related agencies.

4. Ensuring that the project implementation plan can be realized through the overall project work plan and details of the weekly project work plan.

5. Controlling the use of project costs and cash.

6. Ensuring the completion of project work according to time, quality, cost and administrative order.

7. Evaluate project progress reports: progress weight reports, project (field) cost control reports, and project performance evaluation reports.

8. Plan, coordinate, carry out field activities required for submission of receipt and FHO.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Min 5 years experience in the construction as a project manager. Has held a managerial position in the same field min 5 years.

3. Expertise:

* Construction Expert Management

* Contract Management with 2 succesdful tender

* Project management

* K3 Management

* Management of Cost Control / Cash Flow

* Leadership and managerial skills.

* Problem solving and decision making.
