As in Indonesia Region we got 2 main projects at the moment which are Sky house BSD+ and Sky house Alam Sutera+. From Sky House BSD+ Handover in 2021-2022, We have delivered 2558 Units with 99.05% ration of Customer Satisfcation. Follow up in 2023 there will be 100 units will be delivered in handover.

With our great performance Risland Indonesia has winning some award and recognition these past few years. In 2018 Sky House BSD+ has winning as Best Apartment in South Tangerang by Rumah123.com. In the year of 2022, Sky House BSD+ and Sky House Alam Sutera+ just awarded as Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design, Best Completed Condo Development, and Best Mid End Condo Development (Greater Jakarta).
