Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Bar Bending Schedule Engineer Manager of contractor company di perusahaan Sky House Alam Sutera Official untuk kota/kab Banten dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Arsitek/Desain Interior serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description :

  • Studying concrete reinforcement implementation drawings (constr. drawing)
  • Planning a BBS work program in the order of field work
  • Make a plan / schedule iron material requests
  • Arrange the arrival of iron according to field needs
  • Make BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for all reinforced concrete construction reinforcement
  • Making BBS on a standard sheet / format and completing all the required drawings and writing, namely, sketching the shape of the reinforcement, the size of the reinforcement (diameter x material length, bending length, bending radius) and the number & weight of reinforcement, flow / flow of the use of the remaining material until the remaining / final waste
  • Read working drawings and make cut and bend drawings for fabrication
  • Report to the Chief Engineer or Structural Engineer if there are any irregularities in the reinforcement or unclear drawings
  • Adjusting the production of BBS against the schedule for the implementation of construction areas/sections on an ongoing basis
  • Controlling the operational implementation of BBS (time and volume)
  • Analyzing the results of the implementation of project activities to see the suitability between the plan and the realization
  • Controlling iron waste

Qualification

  • bachelor degree, major in engineering, automation, electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics related majors are preferred;
  • Good logical thinking and language expression skills,fluent in English;
  • Proficiency in using office software such as office;
