Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Backend Engineer di tempat usaha PT Tibeka Logistik Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya, Surabaya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities:

Build automated measurements and dashboards to gain insights into Engineering Productivity to understand what is working and what is not
Make suggestions for engineering workflow improvements, monitor the results and iterate
Develop new tests orchestration tools for our frontend, backend APIs and services, and low-level systems.
Design and implement web backend services using Go or Python + Django/Flask
Increase contributor and developer productivity by improving the development setup, workflow, processes, and tools
Improve the ease of use of our GDK (GitLab Development Kit)
Improve Review apps for CE/EE (GDK in the cloud)
Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
Build automated tooling to speed up issue and merge request review and triage.
Ensure workflow and label hygiene in our system which feeds into our metrics dashboard.
Build automated tooling to ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase and merge request workflow.
Help Test Automation Engineers, expand our existing test automation framework.
Help with maintaining GitLab Docs
Analyse requirements, design and develop features
Understand the product, constantly optimise the product, identify and fix problems, improve stability and user experience
Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
Build reusable code and libraries
Collaborate with fellow developers, product managers, user experience designer, and operation engineers to build products with web technologies

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience Back-End Engineer or similar position.
Familiar and Experienced with Golang (is a must)
Experience in with test automation frameworks for both front-end and back-end testing.
Experience in designing and developing tools and solutions used across teams.
Development experience in object-oriented programming languages and patterns.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with a front-end charting/visualization library.
Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems;
Familiar with performance tuning of Web Server, massive concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms;
In-depth understanding of data structures and other computer science fundamentals;
Familiar with Linux development environments.
Experience in Backend system
- Build and extend our backend code based on SOLID Principle and Clean Code
- Build APIs that serve our frontend apps
- Benchmark and improve performance
- Maintain and extend our test suite
- Refactor and improve existing code to incorporate better patterns
- Document and write about the work
Profiling and optimization code, Create unit test and implement self-test to make sure the code is running well
Review code review and follow up code that have been developed.
