Job details:

1. Organize and complete the architectural design plan and construction drawing design to improve the rationality of the plan. 
2. Review the design drawings of the architectural profession (including construction, mechanical and electrical, decoration, landscaping and sub-projects and detailed drawings of each branch), and be able to propose solutions to technical problems. 
3. Responsible for the docking of plans, construction drawings and architect consultants, including organizing inspections, qualification reviews, preparation of bidding documents, bidding process and contract signing, etc.; organizing and completing the research on building materials.
4. Implement and solve technical problems during the project construction process, improve relevant architect drawings, and coordinate with the engineering department on-site construction management needs on time.
5. Provide drawings and technical briefings to the construction unit, and conduct technical briefings before construction from aspects such as construction quality, safety, progress, and process requirements.
6. Participate in regular project meetings and on-site inspections, assist superior and Construction Management about acceptance, handle on-site construction problems, and track the feedback and implementation of on-site inspection opinions. 
7. During the process of engineering scheme design and construction drawing design work, it must be closely integrated with the company’s horizontal departments, and the architect plan must be optimized and pragmatic; the design-related evidence collection work must be completed independently. 
8. Master local Indonesian construction laws, regulations and construction specifications, and have more than five years of relevant work experience. Priority will be given to those with complete project design management experience.
9. Language requirements: Priority will be given to English expression skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Qualification:

1. Age more then 28 years old
2. Have high-level experience minimum 4 years.
3. able to work under pleasure.
4. Can complete the assigned tasks on time.
5. Fluent in ENGLISH (Must)
