Responsibility:

1. Control project cost, quality, construction, safety and the other management jobs, and implement the company’s safety, quality, environment, responsibility and health guidelines and overall policies,

2. Assist in the management and control of the investment, technology, safety, and quality management of each subcontractor, and strictly supervise and review the work of each subcontractor,

3. Strictly perform the contract signed with the construction unit and the management responsibility letter signed with the company, and carry out phased target control to ensure the realization of the project target,

4. Responsible for the preparation of project quality plan, project management implementation plan or construction organization design, organizing and handling engineering design, claims and other basic work,

5. Responsible for the optimal allocation and management of production factors such as manpower, materials, mechanical equipment, funds, technology, and information of construction projects, and actively promote and apply new technologies, new processes, and new materials.

Requirements:

1. Civil engineering and other related majors, bachelor degree or above,

2. More than five years of equivalent experience, more than 8 years of project management experience,

3. Must be able to speak fluent English, those who can speak Chinese are preferred,

4. Experience in High rise building management, familiar with SLF, familiar with Indonesian construction requirements.
