Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Manager di tempat usaha Sky House Alam Sutera Official untuk kota/kab Banten serta sekitarnya.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibility:
1)Organizing and coordinating the management of the administration and Human Resources.
-Coordinate all manpower matters, including but not limit to : recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, corporate culture, etc.;
-Benchmarking with other construction company, sort out the company’s organizational structure, headcount management, determine the talent portrait, and be responsible for the management of the core talents
-Based on situation of the talent market and the company, formulate a scientific salary and welfare system to activate the vitality of the team
-According to the different periods and development requirement of company, formulate corresponding training plans, implement them and evaluate the effects
-Responsible for revising and optimizing the performance appraisal system, and organizing the implementation
-Responsible for maintaining and timely handling labour relations with employees
-Implement various human resource policies of the group, create a good organizational and cultural atmosphere.
2）Coordinate administrative work, including but not limit to administrative expense management, material management, travel management, employee care, etc.
-Responsible for the management, control and analysis of administrative expenses, and propose optimization and improvement plans for unreasonable expenses
-Responsible for coordinating and organizing various large-scale activities, including daily team building activities and holiday activities
-Organizing and coordinating the management of the company’s qualification and license affairs
-Responsible for coordinating the management of other daily administrative affairs.
Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources
-At least 7 years’ experience in overall human resources operation, familiar with labor laws
-Logical thinking ability, strong communication ability, strong writing skills
-Construction Company working experience is a must
