Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Document Controller for Contruction Company (Mandarin speaker or English Speaker) di perusahaan Sky House Alam Sutera Official untuk daerah Banten dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the acceptance, inventory, registration, distribution, filing and management of all documents of the project
  • Collect and organize all technical changes, negotiation records, meeting minutes and other materials during the construction process and file them
  • Responsible for filling in, countersigning, organizing, submitting and archiving project filing materials
  • Supervise and inspect the preparation and management of the construction data of the construction unit, so that the preparation of the data is complete and timely, and in accordance with the progress of the project
  • Guide engineering and technical personnel to properly keep construction technical data
  • Responsible for file management of various contracts of the project

Requirement:

  • Construction/Civil Engineering related majors, college degree or above;
  • Hard working, those with relevant work experience are preferred;
  • Those with relevant certificates are preferred.
  • Fluent in English, MANDARIN IS A MUST
