Job:

1. Follow up the purchase requisition work of the regional functional departments and projects, choose the inquiry or bidding method according to the requisitioned materials, sign the appropriate price, select the appropriate manufacturer, and arrange the delivery at the appropriate time; at the same time, follow up according to the key nodes of the project Procurement work, coordinate the supply of various materials, meet the material needs of the project, and ensure the progress of the project.
2. Development and maintenance of suppliers: According to the needs of the project and the region, find and develop suppliers through various channels to ensure the effective implementation of the procurement work. As well as supplier assessment and business training, convey the group’s procurement spirit and procurement process.
3. Patrol and resident: visit the responsible project from time to time every month to communicate and solve the problems encountered in the project; conduct resident before the opening of the project and before the delivery of the building, and help the project to be perfectly opened and handed over building.
4. Regional requirements: complete various other procurement-related work and other work arranged by superior leaders.

Qualifications

(1) Education level: Full-time undergraduate degree or above, real estate, logistics, materials, procurement, related majors are preferred

(2) Work experience: fresh graduates are preferred, and social recruitment shall not exceed five years of work experience.

(3) Professional knowledge: Familiar with the full-cycle circulation process of real estate

(4) Professional skills: proficiency in commonly used office software, excellent judgment and communication skills, integrity and strong character
