Responsibilities:

1. **Leadership and Team Management:**

  – Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  – Implement and optimize processes for enhanced productivity.

3. **Customer Satisfaction:**
  – Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  – Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

4. **Technical Expertise:**
  – Stay abreast of the latest automotive technologies.
  – Collaborate with the technical team to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

5. **Inventory Management:**
  – Manage workshop inventory for optimal availability of parts.
  – Implement effective strategies for inventory control.

**Requirements:**

1. **Education and Experience:**
  – Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  – Proven experience in automotive workshop management.

2. **Technical Knowledge:**
  – Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies.
  – Familiarity with Mazda vehicles is advantageous.

3. **Leadership Skills:**
  – Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  – Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of technicians.

4. **Communication Skills:**
  – Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  – Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
