About the role

This role will be focused on supporting the workshop area to support Industrial Lubrication Systems Products and Management Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Flow Meters, and Measuring Devices.

Responsibilities:

·      Conducting testing after repair/maintenance completion, on-field equipment, on-field early detection of failure indications from the equipment.

·      Conducting inspections of equipment to ensure that all safety standards are met. 

·      Oversee & improve spare-parts supply chain management & its quality analyse.

·      Oversee workshop operations & take corrective measures.

·      Oversee accidents & incidents investigation to find the cause & take prevention measures for further incidents.

·      Oversee workshop activities, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the standard.

·      Workshop’s SLA assessment & improvement process (availability, maintainability & reliability).

·      Coordinating strategic alignment between workshop & operation department goals.

·      Oversee workshop performance improvements based on set KPI measurements.

·      Develop a strategic production program based on company goals and policies.

·      Directing information and input from PPIC to production according to the stipulated requirements

·      Monitor the control of production process activities in accordance with the established business processes

·      Directing output from PPIC, PE, and QC to production in accordance with established requirements

·      Monitor, evaluate and develop business processes rather than production according to needs

·      Monitor product output from production to meet quality and customer satisfaction aspects.

·      Responsible for controlling raw materials and efficiency in the use of labour, machinery, and work equipment in supporting the production process

·      Prepare reports on the activities and work results of the production process to the Product Manufacturing Leader

·      Carry out continuous improvement of all running processes

·      Able to make root cause analysis and analysis to be implemented in the process

·      Maintain 5S conditions and zero accidents

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

·      English language Intermediate level

·      Ability to create and implement relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) in the workshop area

·      Workshop and Manufacturing experience multinational company

·      Engineering qualification preferably Fitter Turner or Fitter Welder or equivalent

·      People management skills

·      Computer literacy with Microsoft Office 360 including Outlook, Word, Visio, and Excel

·      Quality and productivity-focused

·      Familiar with RCM, AFA, RCFA, 5 WHY or related method

·      Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, embracing continuous improvement methodologies

·      Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goal

·      Team player mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional leads
