WordPress Developer

(Webmaster & Administrator)

We are looking for a skilled WORDPRESS DEVELOPER responsible for front-end development, including creating, developed and revised the WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely HTML5 and CSS3, included knowledge about JavaScript’s also  SQLdatabase) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, color and font choices, and soon more preferable knew the guidance about UI/UX and some of skill for heatmap for A/B testing on layout usability).

The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends (usability of usage long lasting plugins that affordable and consistent for the efficiency time and effective working for reaching the goals achievement of the development) and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. An understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Regularly launching NEW WordPress websites based on inputs and requirements from business owners
• Helping to formulate effective,responsive designs which are also mobile ready
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality for EXISTING WordPress websites
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture to ensure high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Collaborating with clients and the design team to understand website requirements and provide solutions
• Conducting website performance tests and monitoring / troubleshooting issues
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
• Regularly creating and updating content on our websites to improve SEO rankings
• Develop and maintain our websites using WordPress like a champ. Keep everything running smooth and looking slick
• Optimize website speed and performance to give our users the best experience possible. SEO skills are a big plus!
• Develop responsive and user friendly designs to ensure visitors have a comfortable browsing experience across devices
• Manage and update website content regularly. Collaborate with our marketing squad to showcase the latest and greatest.
• Implement top-notch security measures to safeguard our sites from cyber threats. Server skills are a plus!
• Analyze website traffic data, generate monthly performance reports, and propose strategies to increase conversion rates and user engagement.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress the mes and plugins
• Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wire frames into working HTML pages
• Excellent understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
• Willing to work in Semarang.
