Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Welder di tempat usaha PT. AIR LIQUIDE INDONESIA untuk daerah Cilegon atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), & D4 (Diploma). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for preventive, predictive, corrective, maintenance on all mechanical static equipment in the most efficient and safe system in order to achieve the optimum reliability of the equipment’s consistency.

Duties & Accountabilities (but not limited to):

1.Safety and Industrial Management System

Make safety a key part of the maintenance process (e.g. into Methods of Statement, supplier qualification, preparation…)
Make risk management a key pillar of project process
Ensure that IMS is well deployed in his/her field of expertise

2.Maintenance activities

Do the checklist equipment and inspection routine
Carry out preventive, predictive and major maintenance as well as overhauling as per schedule
Do corrective action to any anomaly or breakdown

3.Spare parts and tools

Maintain tools and check for calibrated tools
Report to supervisor for any spare parts request
Support supervisor to make sure specification of spare parts are match with OEM before job execution

4.Troubleshooting

Support maintenance/mechanical team to analyzed and investigate the problem static mechanical equipment
Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA)

5.Document Control and Reporting

Support Mechanical engineer to ensure drawing and document (manual) are available each equipment
Support Mechanical engineer to update or create P&ID, ISO metric, spare parts data and work procedure
Fill work order actualization after maintenance activity

6.Computerized Maintenance Management System

Requirements

Minimum Diploma 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of work experience in maintenance field
Having certificate of qualification in Welding (certified GTAW 6G is prioritized)
Able to understand basic English
