Job Purpose:
Responsible for controlling, running facilities, checking, analyzing, improving and reporting Waste Water Treatment Process
Job Description:
- Running the WWTP process according to procedures and process flow
- Field monitoring, including: PIT, WWTP, STP Biofilter, wastewater channels and rivers
- Controlling the liquid waste from the WWTP process that is disposed of
- Making waste processing analysis reports
- Make daily COD, BOD and self-monitoring reports
- Updating new regulations and laws regarding waste
- Routine sample testing to Government Agencies (BPLHD) and accredited Private Agencies
- Conducting continuous improvement process of WWTP and STP biofilter
- Responsible for the work results of subordinates
- Maintaining the accuracy of chemical stock for WWTP processes and for sample analysis in the laboratory
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the room/work area in the laboratory
- Implementing 5R and K3 programs, and ensuring ISO documents are well documented
- Calibrate all laboratory equipment used
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Experienced as an operator or chemical analyst in waste water treatment plant, fresh graduates with internship experience are welcomed
- Have knowledge of legislation related to industrial and domestic waste
- Mastering Ms. Office, email, and cloud file based
- Able to operate wastewater examination lab instruments
- Willing to be placed and work in Gresik, East Java
- Working Day/Hour: Monday – Saturday, Nonshift (Mon – Fri: 8AM – 4PM, Sat: 8AM – 1PM)
