The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and managing a team of warehouse staff. The Supervisor must maintain a safe and organized working environment while optimizing productivity and meeting performance targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members.
• Schedule work shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming inventory items.
• Implement and maintain inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as purchasing and sales) to ensure accurate stock levels.

• Order Fulfillment:
• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Address any order-related issues or delays promptly and proactively.

• Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety procedures and standards to ensure a secure working environment.
• Train staff on safe material handling practices and equipment operation.
• Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Warehouse Organization:
• Maintain an organized and efficient layout for easy access and movement of inventory.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring:
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the warehouse’s performance.
• Analyze data and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and processes.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• 2 Years of Experiences.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
