Job description & requirements

Job Description:

• Arrange report on stocks available
• Arrange warehouse activity report for the warehouse section head
• Monthly supplies checks on the warehouse and summarize the data
• Handle the goods delivered by the supplier
• Accept the various merchandise from supplier to be placed in the warehouse
• Record and handle the documentation of the acceptance delivery
• Ensure quality of the goods delivered by suppliers
• Receive or reject goods that not qualified
• Confirm to user about their requisitions 
• Coordinates with another department about their requisitions 
• Coordinate with procurement in ordering the goods needed
• Coordinates in gathering broken/reject goods from user
• Maintain inventory in proper location and updating in database 
• Update and maintain warehouse data (stocks, inventory, usage)
• Coordinate with procurement in ordering the goods needed
• Support the auction activity needed for goods disposal process
• Maintain the warehouse inventory and stock in good condition
• Ensure the inventory safety and warehouse tidiness  Warehouse distribution process to user
• Handle the distribution of goods to user
• Arrange goods distribution list 
• Prepare the goods to be distributed to users
• Arrange and handle goods distribution to users 
• Ensure receipt for users and records the receipt documentation
• Handle the returning process of the unqualified goods from users and suppliers
• Collects broken/reject goods from user
• Ensure the delivery of goods to user according to schedule
• Supporting management duties
• Arrange monthly activity report to warehouse section head
• Doing additional task as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) / University student (6th semester)
• Minimum 0-1 year of working experience
