Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Pergudangan, Penyimpanan & Distribusi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated person with a high commitment to be placed in our new factory in Mempawah – West Kalimantan (Pelabuhan Internasional Kijing) as Warehouse Section Head.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- S1 All Majors from Reputable Universities.
- At least 5 (five) years experience in Warehouse Management in managerial level in manufacturing industry.
- Having knowledge in inventory, fifo, fefo, warehouse management system.
- Strong planning, analytical skill and leadership skill.
- Computer literate is preferred.
- Positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually.
- High standards of professionalism, firm, discipline and result oriented.
- Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality.
- Willing to be placed at Pantai Kijing.
- Experience in using ERP system (SAP – MM Module).
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the overall warehouse operation to include process, receiving, issuing, goods return and inventory control.
- Develop and implement procedures, workflows and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities.
- Manage the overall logistics/warehouse management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics/warehouse operations.
- Plan and implement the strategies in utilization of space and delivery of the products to the production.
- Staff coaching and provide necessary guidance to warehouse staff and store keeper.
- Maintain and control the safety, hygiene, and security standards of the warehouse.
- Compile daily reports and statistics.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Constantly look into cost savings and process improvement opportunities, and develop execution plans.
