Warehouse officer has responsibility to oversee and coordinate The warehouse daily activities in order to ensure safety, effective and efficient receiving and issuing product stock by planning & implementing warehouse process (from planning receiving, inbound activity to outbound activity), developing plan to monitor storage utilization level, managing warehouse facilities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support in terms of obtaining legality permits for warehouses or import recommendations, etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Receiving arrangement, identifying, dispatching & assuring quality of products to achieve high levels of customers satisfaction
• Manage shipment activities of inbound, outbound, and storage effective and efficient
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Do daily stock monitoring & monthly stock takes in accordance with applied standard and operation procedures
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Ensure warehouse area is always safe, clean, & orderliness
• Communicating and interacting with external/internal parties in order to support obtaining the required certificates from the authority that related the warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree from Logistics, Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related Studies
• Have minimum 2-3 years in-job related experience in Multinational Company  
• Resident around Gresik area is preferable
• Ready to join at any time is preferable
• Having experience handle Animal Nutrition/Feed Products or Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferable
• Have strong knowledge and experience about warehouse operations
• Have strong ability to direct and coordinate warehouse daily operations activities
• Have strong ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Software especially Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Have strong communication skills, spoken & written, both in English & Bahasa
