Descriptions

The Warehouse Manager will help plan, identify and evaluate the warehouse operations-process and ensure it runs efficiently and safely. In this role, you will manage warehouse administration and resource management, also actively contribute on projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities in warehouse operational (receiving, processing, storage, stock management) is implemented correctly accordance with safety procedures.
• Manage inventory control and ensure good house-keeping & pest control in warehouse.
• Actively contribute in minimizing risk in warehouse operations, not limited to support ad hoc projects on site
• Maintain good administration on stocks in system and manual, also handle reporting
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service.
• Track quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time, transportation cost and efficiency.
• Manage warehouses, delivery processes, coordinate drivers, vehicles, cargo and travel routes.
• Manage transfer orders and delivery orders from the sales department, communicating orders with the relevant departments
• Coordinate the delivery of products effectively
• Maintain stock accuracy 99.9%
• Carry out the inspecting program in work place

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in any major or related from reputable University
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager or Minimum 5 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor and Transport Operation Supervisor
• Have good skill in Leadership, critical thinking, analytical thinking and time management
• Proficient in standard Warehouse software (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.) preparation, design, implementation, and operation
• Proactive and effective communicator in verbal, written, and presentation skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
• Have knowledge in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety, Preferred)
• Cost sensitive and meticulous
• Have great knowledge in logistic and warehouse management
• Excellent in strategic plan in warehouse, logistic and risk management
• Have a work strategy to create effective and efficient working conditions in warehouse department
• Able to lead and manage team to maintain warehouse operation according to procedure
• Excellent knowledge in evaluate and inspecting work area for keeping them clean and safe
• Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
