We are helping a client in their look for Warehouse Manager to efficiently manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control and team supervision, to ensure the smooth handling of materials and products in manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to safety standards.
• Inventory Control: Manage and monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and address obsolete or slow-moving inventory items to optimize warehouse space.
• Coordination with Procurement and Distribution: Handle the receipt of goods and shipment of finished products in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Team Management: Lead and develop warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Cost Management: Oversee the warehouse budget and implement cost-saving measures without compromising operational efficiency or quality.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and team performance to management.
• Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment, and address any customer complaints related to shipments or the condition of received goods.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, with a preference for experience in the bag manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in inventory control, including experience with inventory management systems, stocktaking procedures, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of proper material handling techniques.
• Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and adherence to local regulations regarding storage and handling.
• Excellent communication skills, strong team leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Position based in Kendal Industrial Area.
