Butuh cepat. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi Warehouse & Logistic Section Head di tempat usaha PT. KALIMANTAN ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY untuk kota/kab Kalimantan Utara serta sekitarnya.

Job Description :

  • Manage and oversee all warehouse and logistics activities, including stock control, inventory management, goods receiving and dispatching

  • Ensure warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimise the flow of materials and products

  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to coordinate logistics and distribution

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics efficiency

  • Manage and develop the warehouse and logistics team, providing training and mentoring as required

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor key performance indicators and inform decision-making

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Management

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in EPC industries

  • Strong understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control processes

  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven experience in executing and supporting project operations

  • Willing to be assigned in job site North Kalimantan
