About the role

As a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor at Eastlync Technology Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and accurate management of the company’s warehouse operations. What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory

• Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal stock levels

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Analyse data and generate reports to provide insights on inventory trends and optimize warehouse operations

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer service

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management and address any operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in inventory management software and data analysis tools

• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse environment
