An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, creative, results-driven, and professional Warehouse Clerk in Cikande, Banten to join Rich’s family. This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring person who wants to be part of a global organization. 

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Operations:

• Answering client queries promptly with positive resolution
• Handling general customer enquiries
• Liaising with internal departments, vendors and client
• To support the effective operation of the warehouse including receipts of material goods
• Handle all warehouse admin tasks including data entry
• Providing administrative support to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Maintain and apply the best practice for warehouse hygiene, safety and GMP
• Support the maintenance of inventory levels in accordance with planned and or scheduled production requirements 
• Participate in Quality Control & food safety system by alert, request, action to prevent and control the non-conformities
• Participate in all stock-takes as required including quarantine & damaged stock, where appropriate reconcile inventory discrepancies

People Management:

• Provide on-the-job coaching to the warehouse team
• Participate in all trainings as required to develop and improve skill.
• Responsible for objective setting and performance self-review through the P&O process
• Participate in Integrate Talent Management & Individual Development Program. 

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors Degree graduated from specialized College or University (Logistic management, Business administration and management or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in similar industry or FMCG
• Proficient in data processing tools
• Experience in warehouse administration especially managing raw materials in Food Manufacturing will be advantage
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa
