Job Summary:

In charge of overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, delivering, tracking, ordering, reporting, and processing sales orders. Assists the management team in creating a productive and efficient warehouse environment by following approved standard operating procedures to accomplish the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the headquarters regarding any warehousing arrangements.
• Guiding and directing the warehouse teams towards accomplishing the company’s goals.
• To establish and uphold an efficient system of internal controls and standard operating procedures or the Warehouse functions.
• Accountable for ensuring the daily management of the warehouse operation is efficient and effective.
• In charge of overseeing and managing the entire flow of warehouse operations, including planning, ordering, inbound receiving, warehousing, sales order processing, and delivery.
• Supervise the Warehouse function to ensure that both inbound and outbound activities are carried out within the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
• To guarantee the punctual and precise processing of sales orders for external customers and the replenishment of products to consignment counters.
• Oversee the management of customer and consignment counter returns.
• Monitor and provide guidance to warehouse employees to enhance their work performance.
• Maintain inventory control by regularly conducting physical stock counts and reporting the findings to the headquarters.
• Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse operation by establishing, enforcing, and monitoring EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and security procedures.
• Accountable for collaborating with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure timely product registration and the preparation of all required labels for the products.
• Collaborate closely with the respective business units to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide assistance and/or take on special projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Studies or related discipline
• Experience as Warehouse Assistant Manager/Manager in a fast-paced and high-volume industry, enabler company, or a similar industry
• Having proficiency in SAP accounting system, ERP system, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and Microsoft Office system will be advantageous
• Possess demonstrated leadership qualities, strong supervision skills, and the ability to effectively lead and manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Possess strong planning abilities and analytical skills
• Capable of effectively communicating with colleagues at all levels within the organization
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is essential
