Job description & requirements

The Vice President is a role for our faster growing business in creative business. This role will work closely with other members of the executive team to identify and evaluate potential creative business. Have a strong understanding of the company’s business goals, and the ability to think strategically about how creative business can reach the growth. 

Reponsibilities:

• Understand and participate in shaping the creative service strategy and mission
• Develop and executing on creative business to support business goals
• Research market to identify threats and opportunities
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
• Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
• Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
• Educate senior executives in making effective decisions
• Construct forecasts and analytical models
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
• Build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Marketing, Business or related field, MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in creative agency field, business development, or sales
• Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starter with an analytical approach toward growing our creative business
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
