Description

• Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for both existing and new products.
• Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users; reporting to CEO.
• Be a leader to solve customer needs and build business context with various stakeholders across teams and functions
• Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of product capital spend against budget
• Stategize plan for growth and customer acquisition as well as retention
• Build world-class product management team by guiding and mentoring PMs across many levels and backgrounds.
• Strategize development and communication of company’s brand value to customers and partners.

Profile

• A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding on the NeoBanks and Lending environment; plus points if you have any certification
• Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
• Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
• Fluent in English, confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
• Strong leadership, team-building and mentorship experience.
• Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
• Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
