Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi VP Fin-Tech - Jakarta Based - Hybrid Working di tempat usaha PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Description

Our client is looking to bring on board a highly seasoned VP of Fin-Tech to lead this business. You will be reporting to the CEO and other co-founders. You are expected to grow and monetize this unit. Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing and nurturing the entire ecosystem of Fin-Tech business.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and create solutions and partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of the Fin-Tech landscape to scout for potential opportunities.
  • Leading and managing multiple projects in order to maximize the revenue and streamline the operational process within the organization.
  • Orchestrating the strategy of growth: acquisition, generating revenues, retention.
  • Reviewing and optimizing processes, documenting them to ensure the growth of the business.
  • Managing the P&L of this business unit, and keeping track on the path to profitability.
  • Monitoring and developing KPI with the rest of the team.
  • Formulating, introducing and implementing new strategies to drive company’s performance.
  • Executing strong communications and collaboration with all stakeholders and managing communication and delivery between the commercial and operation and the engineering team.
  • Accelerating and scaling up the business through defining and measuring operational and revenue driving KPIs.
  • Being involved in the financial planning and budgeting of the organization.
  • Collaborating with other team to determine ROI to optimize marketing dollars spent.
  • Building and executing the Fin-Tech vision, overall strategy and also the roadmap.
  • Taking the customer experience to the next level through various strategies, such as leveraging technology, building close relationships with the partner, underlying data to determine root cause of the problems.
  • Improving financial forecasting and budget by understanding the current performance.

Profile

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and ideally, you will have in-depth knowledge of working for Fin-Tech firms in Indonesia, and has the ability to communicate in both Bahasa and English.

Other requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of working management in technology-based companies: Fin-Tech with combined experience of banking would be highly preferred.
  • Exposure in business development, operation, managing large team is ideal.
  • Should you have experience and knowledge in the lending business, this will be a plus.
  • Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor’s from related degree is a must.
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance.
  • Drive and hunger to achieve results, entrepreneur mindset.
  • Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
  • High commitment, confidence, motivation and flexibility.
