Key Responsibilities / Main Responsibilities:

1. Designing, planning, organizing, controlling and directly activities related to volunteers, especially projects in Tangerang, Bogor, Karawang and Jakarta Area
2. Create a volunteer schedule in logical steps and the budget needed to meet deadlines in existing volunteer activities
3. Prepare volunteer events and include manpower in them
4. Communicate and coordinate with RD and Donors for volunteer activities
5. Regularly monitor and evaluate volunteer activities and determine the effectiveness of volunteer activities
6. Provide updates on volunteer activities and reports
7. Provide support to the operations team, especially field ops in the field.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social or construction fields
2. Experience Experienced in the event organizer field
3. Have experience in general management, people management
4. Having experience in community empowerment institutions is preferred
5. Skills in making reports and communicating well in English and Indonesian
6. Organizational, intrapersonal and managing or dealing with other people skills
7. Understand the vision, mission, motivation & values ​​of HFHI and be committed to practicing them in daily work
8. Skilled in using MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point programs for presentations
9. Willingness to travel (25%) to Habitat Indonesia’s sites.
