Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement visually stunning designs for our presence on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other major e-commerce platforms, ensuring coherence in store styles, engaging homepage advertisements, and visually appealing product details.
2. Continuously optimize online visual creatives, demonstrating a willingness to explore novel and playful visual expressions that resonate with our target audience.
3. Utilize your expertise in e-commerce content writing to uncover product selling points and unique features, enhancing product descriptions’ appeal and attracting potential customers.
4. Excel in image composition, creative layout, color combinations, and impactful visual elements, ensuring that your designs leave a lasting impression on our customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design, with added preference for candidates who have served high-quality consumer brands or graduated from renowned design schools.
2. Proficiency in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and drawing tablets. Your wealth of skills and creativity will be instrumental in delivering exceptional designs.
3. Awareness of design trends and the ability to independently analyze and explore new concepts, coupled with a solid understanding of the e-commerce industry.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and resilience, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and a self-driven attitude. Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills are vital in this role.
5. Prior experience in the Mom & Baby industry will be considered a significant advantage.
