We are, an IT Managed Services Provider, looking for high qualified Engineers to join our team as “Virtualization Solutions Consultant“. We are managing IT infrastructure for many US based organizations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtualization Solutions Consultant to join a team of engineers working for our client. As a Virtualization Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping design, implement, and manage virtualization solutions using VMware and Hyper-V technologies. You will work closely with the client to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored virtualization solutions that drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to assess their virtualization needs and objectives.
• Design and architect virtualization solutions using VMware and Hyper-V platforms.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot virtualization environments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform capacity planning and optimization of virtualized environments.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in virtualization technology.
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for clients.

Requirements:

• Required language: English (IMPORTANT: MUST BE fluent in both oral and written)
• Experience working in a large organization
• Strong time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically, analytically, and strategically.
• Experience in administration of Windows Servers (2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019)
• Experience in VMWare (A MUST)

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large organization
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong time-management, prioritization, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically, analytically, and strategically
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with VMware technologies
• Strong knowledge of virtualization architecture, configuration, and best practices.
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Experience with storage and networking in virtualized environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
