About the role

We are seeking an exceptional VIP Host to join our team at Shisha Lounge in Canggu, Badung, Bali. As a fulltime VIP Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our valued VIP clients. This role is crucial in delivering the unique experience that sets us apart in the hospitality industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Warmly greeting and welcoming VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated

• Anticipating the needs of VIP clients and proactively providing a personalised and attentive service

• Maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring the experience accordingly

• Coordinating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for VIP clients

• Resolving any issues or concerns raised by VIP clients in a prompt and professional manner

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar VIP host or concierge role within the hospitality industry

• Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to anticipate and cater to the needs of VIP guests

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle any issues or concerns that may arise

• A professional, polished and discreet demeanour, with the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
