About the role

As the Villa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our villa/guest house in Bali. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

What you’ll be doing

1. Oversee daily villa operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

2. Supervise, schedule, and evaluate villa staff to ensure productivity, punctuality, and adherence to operational standards.

3. Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained, clean, and in optimal condition.

4. Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, promptly addressing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in collaboration with relevant vendors or internal teams.

5. Maintain and update inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement and replenishment.

6. Manage villa utility payments and maintain accurate records.

7. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition; report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.

8. Liaise with guests to address any queries or concerns, and ensure a positive and memorable experience

9. Monitor adherence to company policies and grooming standards.

10. Maintain accurate documentation of staff attendance, performance, and training records.

11. Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.

12. Identify opportunities for process improvements

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a villa, homestay, or guest house.

2. Proven supervisory experience in hospitality operations, with strong leadership and problem solving skills.

3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy

4. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs).

6. Capability of working independently with minimal supervision.

7. Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

8. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

9. Currently located in Bali.
