Job Description

• Translate the brief into visual language effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, to ensure optimal video quality.
• Assist the producer throughout the entire video production process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Shoot video footages, and edit them using industry-standard software, ensuring seamless transitions, proper pacing, and visual appeal.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as required to enhance the overall video quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting all requirements from stakeholders.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in a team environment, effectively communicating and collaborating with team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, communication, broadcast or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of work experience as a videographer (preferably in Digital Agency).
• Solid experience in short video platforms production (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Short).
• Solid experience with camera equipment, digital technology, and editing software packages (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Auditions, DaVinci, etc).
• Capability to work in a small/large production team Familiarity with motion graphics and compositing.
• Proficiency in photography is a plus.
