Job Description: We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Editor to produce engaging and visually stunning content that showcases our dishes, events, and the overall Gaise experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality video content from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and plan video projects that align with Gaise’s brand and marketing goals.
  • Capture high-quality video footage of our dishes, events, and restaurant ambiance.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website.
  • Incorporate graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
  • Manage video production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our video content.
  • Assist with live streaming events and other digital media projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in food videography is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for food and storytelling.
