Content Creator – Scripting, Filming, Editing for a Personal Brand in Bali Realestate – Targeting the German Market – The whole package.
You will create scripts that succeed for our local clients here on Bali. You will film them in a dynamic and attention keeping way – then you will also edit them.
Me and the client will guide you along the way by correcting little errors and dos and donts.
You will meet with us here in person many times to go over the videos. The better you are the more remote this work can be. You will create the scripts for them and guide them / direct them around your ideas.
When you want them to film specific B role in a specific way – you will tell them how and what to do.
That means – you will have to get in the position of a creative director and need some form of leadership or guiding qualities.
The client needs YOU to tell them what THEY should do.
They are the pawns in your game – you got the plan – you design, plan and execute it.
The content will be about their personal Brand to present their villas and potentially sell them.
However – they dont “sell” and they dont do any salescontent. They just show what they do and film different content that represents them as trustworthy and knowledgeable to the german audience (they are germans).
This means the video scripts will also be in german – so you have to know how to translate it and use common sense to be able to translate to english back and forth to understand the context.
The goal is to get as many views as possible while staying in the niche. Our current clients are in the realestate niche – Bali Realestates – and targeting the german market for them to invest and buy here.
You have to know how to create engaging hooks, what video techniques are out there (music based video, viral hook videos, explainer videos…)
You have to know how to film the videos properly: Dynamic filming etc.
You need to be able to plan the days ahead – have a plan and finish 15 videos in 1 Month.
We are using the trial reels function and trying out different hook forms every time and different options.
We have a LOT of B role already filmed and the clients are easy going and cool dudes that are ready to film more b role – you just have to tell them what and where based on the scripts you design.
The 15 videos per Month should cover different ideas – so you should know whats trending out there and have various different video ideas.
