Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 3.600.000 - Rp 5.300.000.

Job Responsibilities
1. Material Screening and Organization
Collect entertainment live – streaming related materials every day, including live – streaming clips, music, pictures, etc. According to the live – streaming theme and content requirements, screen out available materials, and classify and organize them by category and time to establish a material library for easy subsequent video editing.
2. Video Editing and Production
Based on the characteristics of entertainment live – streaming and the preferences of the target audience, produce 5 – 8 exciting short videos every week for live – streaming pre – heating, highlight replays, or social media promotion. During the editing process, use editing techniques such as shot connection, rhythm control, and transition effects to enhance the video’s viewability and attractiveness, ensuring that the video content is compact and creative.
3. Special Effects and Sound Effects Addition
Add appropriate special effects to the video, such as filters, animation effects, subtitle special effects, etc., to enhance the visual impact. At the same time, select and edit background music and sound effects to create an atmosphere that matches the video content and improve the audience’s viewing experience.
4. Video Optimization and Release
According to the requirements of different platforms, convert the format and adjust the resolution of the edited video to ensure the playback effect on each platform. After releasing the video, pay attention to its data performance, such as the number of views, likes, comments, etc. Optimize subsequent video editing strategies based on the data analysis results.
II. Experience Requirements
1. Have more than 3 years of video editing work experience. Those with editing experience in fields such as entertainment live – streaming, film and television production, and advertising media are preferred.
2. Be proficient in mainstream video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, and the professional version of Jianying (Cut Cut Pro), and be able to complete video editing work independently.
3. Have an in – depth understanding of the entertainment industry, be familiar with the content forms and audience preferences of entertainment live – streaming. Those with cases of successfully producing popular entertainment videos are preferred.
4. Have good aesthetic ability and creative concept – forming ability, and be able to accurately grasp the style and rhythm of the video.
III. Special Abilities
1. Editing Techniques
Skillfully use various editing methods, be able to precisely grasp the video rhythm, achieve smooth shot connection and natural transition effects, and enhance the narrativeness and viewability of the video through editing.
2. Creative Design
Be creative, able to put forward unique editing ideas and forms of expression according to the entertainment live – streaming content, and integrate novel elements and creativity into the video to attract the audience’s attention.
3. Software Operation
Be proficient in all functions of mainstream video editing software, be able to skillfully use the software for special effects production, audio processing, subtitle addition, etc., and complete video editing tasks quickly and efficiently.
4. Aesthetic Ability
Have a keen aesthetic eye, good perception and application ability of color, composition, and light and shadow, and be able to produce video works with excellent visual effects.
