Job Summary:

As a Video Content Specialist (Marketing) for our firm, your primary role will be to create compelling video content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products and services. You will be part of a team that spearheads the entire video creation process from concept to completion, ensuring that our brand’s message is engagingly represented across all media platforms. While your primary focus will be on videography (70%), you will also participate in creating other forms of content (20%) and contribute to various marketing initiatives (10%) as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Creation: Conceive, film, edit, and finalize high-quality video content, including script writing, filming, editing, and post-production activities. Ensure that the content effectively represents our products and services across various platforms, including our website and social media channels.
2. Content Strategy: Develop and implement both B2B and B2C video content strategies that attract and retain a clearly defined audience, reflecting our brand’s identity.
3. Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to create compelling video content and other materials to promote our products and services to healthcare professionals.
4. Digital Content: Contribute to the creation of other digital content, such as social media posts, infographics, ensuring alignment with our overall brand and marketing strategy.
5. Marketing Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including occasional involvement in email marketing, social media marketing, webinars, trade shows, and print advertising.
6. Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics to understand viewership trends and use this data to optimize future video content.
7. Ad Hoc Initiatives: Participate in ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed, including market research, website management, and campaign reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing filming and post-production editing skills.
• Experience in marketing and content creation, preferably within the medical aesthetics industry or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with medical aesthetics products and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
