PLAY ‘N’ LEARN – Venue Cashier

Looking for energetic Venue Cashier who love being around kids.

Responsibility:

Our Cashier, day to day would be processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from guests and makes change for cash guests. Issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets and redeeming stamps and coupons. Verifies credit acceptance and operating credit card authorization systems. Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.

Brand Representative, Customer Services, Basic Math, and Selling Techniques

1. The Venue Cashier must be polite, courteous, trustworthy, efficient, and organized. Venue Cashier must possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to help guests beyond their responsibilities. Venue Cashier must have a positive attitude and be willing to follow instructions.
2. The Venue Cashier will operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) equipment like credit/debit card terminals, and input purchases with correct prices and Packages, ensuring efficient and accurate purchases as well as processing discounts and coupons.
3. The Venue Cashier will maintain a positive, cheerful environment, and show our guests everything is under control and is just fine. The cashier will ensure Guests have enjoyable moment visiting venue end to end.
4. The Venue Cashier will be Brand Ambassador by greeting guests as they arrive, answering guests’ questions, assisting with, or taking guests orders and booking reservations.
5. The Venue Cashier should be knowledgeable of the offer and able to upsell and make recommendations.
6. The Venue Cashier should provide a positive guests experience with fair, friendly, enjoyable, and courteous service. 
7. The Venue Cashier must be able to manage time effectively. This includes being able to handle multiple guests at once, as well as ensuring that all transactions are completed in a timely manner. 

Requirement:

1. F Only, attractive appearance, age max 27 years old
2. Min bachelor’s degree in any background, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Having experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems would be an advantage.
4. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly, basic math and computer skills.
5. Strong leadership in sales, retail, flexibility, friendliness, communication, basic math, commitment, and excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail, time management, multitasking and efficiency.
6. Confidence, fun, cheerful, energetic, well-groomed, independent, and fast learner (smart). 
7. English fluency with good communication skill and customer service skill.
8. Having a growth mindset and guests oriented with good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
10. Available to work on shifts time / weekend / public holidays.
11. Willing to commute / mutation / rotation to other venues.

Placement: Serpong, Bandung, Cibubur.
