Job Description Summary

Perform maintenance and repair vehicle distribution carrier and deliver cylinder to all customer PT Air Liquide Indonesia complies with each car’s maintenance manual.

Job Descriptions

1. Conducting toolbox meeting

2. Conducting routine check and control of vehicle

• Conduct preventive maintenance i.e. basic service and annual service based on the schedule of each vehicle, mileage, or request.
• Manually repair the truck, tanker and hydrogen tube trailer vehicles to ensure the vehicles used to deliver the product safely to customers and vice versa.
• Create a daily preventive maintenance report that will be used as a monthly report in vehicle preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure the vehicle is feasible in KIR test, such as brake function, lamps, tires, and other vehicle parts. Check the condition of the tire is appropriate or not and ensure when the tire should be replaced.
• Repair the vehicle that has trouble traveling (breakdown maintenance).

3. Maintenance of Weight Bridge

• Inspect & supervise maintenance work and calibration of weight bridge

4. Maintenance of Cryogenic Tank

• Inspect & re-vacuuming tank if needed
• Inspect & repair Manual Valve in cryogenic tank

5. Maintenance of Transfer Pump

• Inspect & repair transfer pump according to schedule or if the transfer pump has any problem and needs immediate repaired.
• Replace oil pump according to schedule

6. Check daily report of LPKH drive

• Receive and analyze LPKH from drivers, as well as make immediate repairs possible if found that the condition of the vehicle is not safe to use
• Report to the Supervisor immediately if in 20 minutes mechanic can not make improvements

7. Tools and spare part inspection

• Prepare parts and tools for vehicle repair as written by the driver and ensure the vehicle is ready to operate then save LPKH as vehicle’s historical data.
• Determine the replacement of vehicle spare parts, based on driver reports.
• Maintain and repair other tools and equipment as well as spare parts to be ready for use at any time for the purpose of vehicle repairs in a timely manner and toll life can be durable.

8. Housekeeping

• Ensure the absence of oil spills, or other chemicals that are harmful to the environment
• Ensure that B3 waste is stored in the premises provided before it is taken by the waste manager

9. Carry out all activities following standard operation of HSQE

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma 3 in Automotive Engineering

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience

3. Technical expertise in automotive knowledge

4. Training or certification in truck mechanic

5. Good communications skill

6. Willing to be placed in Cilegon
