Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to supervise the implementation of GMP, HSE, Company’s policy and other applicable regulations on day to day operation
• Manage day to day operation on aligning activities and resources around value creation, to optimize support to business and operation.
• Ensure day to day documentation related to pharmaceutical production on the spot (gemba) and contemporaneously
• Strive to achieve target or value-stream vision, and targets that defined by the higher levels (Department, Site or Regional). 
• Lead and Influence team to strengthen the team responsibility, accountability and effective decision making.
• Ensure validity of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) used in day to day operation to comply with good manufacturing practice.
• Responsible to provide coaching and counseling for Value-Stream operators and packaging workers to achieve the objectives
• Participate in HSE, GMP and other activities in relation to his/her job and area responsibility, and to give feedbacks and implement for continuous improvements
• Participate in Global Quality Program of Quality Maturity Index as Primary Process Owner (PPO). Review assessment and remediation actions with site leadership team. PPO drives self-awareness of the quality process, understanding of the system, and drives the improvement of the maturity of the respective Quality System
• Standing in front as change agent to lead team in making continuous improvement
• Responsible on Development of his/herself and Value-Stream team through training, coaching, assignment, project lead or involvement, event lead or involvement, etc. align with organization objective
• Perform disciplinary, maintain the hygiene and tidiness of working facility and utility
• Maintain good cooperation with colleague in Production and Industrial Affairs Division
• Actively involved in operational excellence (lean/SMS) and workshops including material preparation activities.
• Strive to complete the operation activities right first time
• Managing tasks delegation for Value-Stream in order to execute production plan effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain stock accuracy between SAP and Actual and conduct yearly stock take in his/her Value Stream
• Responsible to report to direct superior if any impropriety occurs in the manufacturing process, stop the process, propose the best solutions and execute the agreed actions
• To create activity and evaluation report

Job Requirements:

• This position requires ability to manage day to day pharmaceutical operation with respect to Compliance, Supply and Best Cost
• This position requires knowledge of GMP, Safety Standard and Sanofi Manufacturing System
• This position requires strong leadership, agility and discipline in order to achieve company objectives
• This position requires strong execution discipline Preferably Pharmacist or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
• Having at least 2 – 3 years experiences in pharmaceutical production field
• Have a good knowledge of critical parameters in manufacturing & packaging process, knowledge of GMP and HSE, knowledge of Basic Lean / continuous improvement understanding
• Computer literate is a must (at least able to operate MS Office)
• Willing to work for a 12 months contractual basis
