Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah min D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as Vacuum Sales Manager for Ingersoll Rand based in Jakarta. You will be responsible to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned channel partners and direct customers for Vacuum business covering lndonesia. He/she will also need to collaborate with Compressor business leader to maximize business synergy in delivering financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

Business Operation:

  • Deliver and exceeds the operating plan for the Country in term of Orders, Sales, Operating Earnings and other key financial and operational metrics.

Sales Operation:

  • Define sales priorities insuring quality wins.
  • Report to leadership about progress on the sales plan, market penetration, win/loss analysis and other relevant information.
  • Generate brand awareness and register in customers’ AVL.

Direct sales:

  • Manage promotions and campaigns needed to ensure market penetration
  • Achieve assigned targets; soliciting new businesses;
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as participating in market and product development, research analysis and responding to inquiries/mail requests.

Channel Partner Management:

  • Drive Channel Partners’ sales and market penetration growth through defined programs, objectives and incentives.
  • Design and implement incentive programs to drive Channels in achieving the target.
  • Provide marketing and product support to enable Channels to effectively target right opportunities and articulate products’ value story.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Design and implements programs to improve sales and market penetration.
  • Grow existing channel partners and accounts, develops new partners and new accounts.
  • Report to leadership about market positioning and competitive intelligence and ever-changing business in lndonesia to progressive review business model strategy.
  • Seek new potential markets providing recommendation and business case for new/variant products and business development.

Product Development:

  • Provide market insight and voice of the customer to enhance competitiveness of Blower & Vacuum offerings.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Process Development:

  • Drive process improvement meeting customer and partner’s expectations and internal process requirements.

Aftermarket:

  • Ensure continuous contact with customers and partners in order to improve quality of service and Company’s reputation of reliable supplier.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Ensure customer technical problems are managed and resolved.

Forecasting and Planning:

  • Provide complete and accurate information into Company’s forecast and planning processes.

Management:

  • Enhance and maintains a competent ITS team at country level through collaboration and teamwork with compressor business.
  • Promote a culture of unyielding business ethic and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering capital equipment channel & direct sales, including project management experience needed
  • Ability to interface with all levels of engineering, procurement, shipping, production, etc. and develop excellent working relationships with customers.
  • Strong mix of marketing and negotiation skills
  • Strong in budgeting, planning, and organizational skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Prior experience in selling vacuum-related products is an asset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
