Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi UX Researcher di kantor PT Daily Dinamika Kreasi untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

–Plan and Conduct research initiatives about user behaviour by using a wide variety of methods (qualitative and quantitative)

-Analyze and generate research findings into insightful recommendations which drive overall product improvements.

-Delivering research insights/report/ storytelling presentation to stakeholders in compelling, solution-based, and creative ways.

-Work closely with Product Manager, Product Designers, and Engineering Team to ensure research needs & prioritiesies along with product roadmap, goals, and overall company’s strategy and goals.

Requirements:

–1+ years of professional UX researcher experience for Apps/web applications along with a robust portfolio.

-Bachelor Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or related field

-Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative, behavioural analysis, and statistical concepts.

-Proven knowledge of user experience research methodology and techniques.

-Emotional intelligence in empathizing with users and a passion for improving people’s lives.

-Super communication, project management skills, and ability to adapt in fast-paced industry

-Good understanding of the beauty industry is very a big plus!
