With your qualifications as a UX Designer, you are expected to be able to work in accordance to company’s standard, with details as follows:

Answering Briefs

Able to understand a project brief, identify the challenges/problems, and come up with ideas on how to answer them.

Creative Thinking

To be out-of-the-box and able to come up with fresh and inspiring UX Design solutions.

Problem-Solving

Execute concepts, deliver key messages, and solve problems through UX Design.

Attention to Details

Produce detailed, quality outputs and proper documentation.

Pace of Work

Complete tasks in a timely manner, in accordance to deadlines.

Team Player

Able to work in a team, actively participate in discussions, and help build strong interdepartmental dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE

With your level within the UXD department, you are expected to have a positive impact for your team members. Details are as follows:

Knowledge

Able to share your knowledge and personal experience related to UX that can be beneficial for other team members.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Every employee is expected to be creative, punctual, critical, as well as to have empathy and strategic thinking to be in line with the level of service that our company provides.

Working hours are from 09.30 to 18.00, every Monday to Friday. From time to time  you may be required to work extra hours. Overtime is paid; is subject to company’s policy and the approval of your supervisor or project manager.

You will report to the Head of UXD.
