Job Purpose

• Supervise and coordinates the operation of utility, ensuring the uninterrupted steam supply, compressed air, electricity, etc.

• Ensuring the operation and maintaining of utility in order to optimize utility performance and keep function stable, such as: boiler, air compressor, generator, electricity power, AHU, chiller, RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer), WWTP (wastewater treatment plant) and etc.

Job Description

• Create employee schedules according to what is needed to realize the production schedule.

• Plan and implement training plans for new operators and workers.

• Verify operator attendance.

• Ensure utility readiness for the smooth production of products.

• Ensure that the utility process runs well according to the    production schedule and relevant laws & regulations.

• Check whether the operator’s checklist, work log sheets are appropriate.

• Writing daily work log (machine status, energy usage, discharged wastewater quality, other issues).

• Ensure 5S and work safety in the working place.

Working Environment

• Work in air-conditioned office area & utility area (50% office, 50% field).

• Working in shift system.

• Works 8 hours a day (Actual start and end times may vary depending on shift operation plan).

Skill & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree of mechanical/industrial engineering, management, environment or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in utility process and management of manufacturing industry or equivalent.

• Good Communication Skills, Leadership, Customer oriented, Honest, Teamwork.

• Intermediate English (verbal, practical, written).

• Works well with Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.). 

• Understands FEMS (factory energy management system).
