• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Electrical Engineering & Civil Engineering of Textiles Company

DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS.Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule to maintain and ensure department conditions

• Ensure the Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule to maintain department conditions such as temperature & humidity as per defined standard.
• To ensure proper check & timely maintenance of utilities equipment.

 PLANT MAINTENANCESupport Plant maintenance and ensure the availability of utility equipment & their smooth running to meet target production.

• To coordinate with production department for implementing maintenance activities with minimum down time.
• To ensure uninterrupted & water free compressed air for production process.
• Ensure quality of water in the plant, colony and dormitory.

 COST CONTROLControl & Review expenses through effective measures related to power utility and manpower.

• To control and review store expenses by effective maintenance, improving in-house repairs, identifying OEM substitution & alternative sources.
• Implement and review energy saving activities to meet targets.
• To control manpower costs by improving efficiency & output through regular training, motivation & monitoring.

 INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENTPlan and maintain infrastructure within budgeted costs.

• Ensure the civil expenses within budgeted cost.
• Ensure maintaining premises i.e. factory; buildings; colony
• To plan & execute civil projects / jobs required for shifting of machines.

 TECHNOLOGY UPGRADATIONExecution of new projects and modernization programs (CAPEX).

• To plan and upgrade the old and inefficient machines; equipment to improve product quality.
• Ensure the installation of new machines and equipment as per planned schedule with necessary layout.
• To plan and execute new civil projects in co-ordination with contractors & suppliers as per schedule.

 SKILL DEVELOPMENTTo guide and develop sub ordinates through regular & effective training to effectively operate latest technology in machinery & equipment.

• Identify skill gap of sub ordinates.
• To plan and schedule the training needs in co-ordination with HRD department.
• To guide subordinates in application of problem solving tools & maintenance activities.

 TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMEnsure implementation of WCM initiatives, QMS (ISO supporting systems) and safe work practices by meeting the statutory requirements & compliance with government rules & regulations.

• Ensure there is no non-conformance during audits.
• Ensure the adherence of safety rules & standards
